Key Responsibilities
You will provide Medical Nutrition Therapy and develop individualized care plans to improve patient health outcomes in a senior living setting. Additionally, you will collaborate with the food service team and provide nutrition education to patients, families, and staff.
Requirements
Candidates must be a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) or eligible to sit for the CDR exam. A valid state license or willingness to obtain one is required, and healthcare experience is preferred.
