Associate Therapist

Key Responsibilities

The Associate Therapist provides clinical treatment services, including individual and group therapy, within a multidisciplinary team. Responsibilities include managing patient safety, conducting assessments, and coordinating discharge planning to ensure continuity of care.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Master’s or Doctorate degree in a relevant field and have completed state requirements to conduct therapeutic interventions. The role requires obtaining CPI, CPR, AED, First Aid, and ServSafe certifications within 90 days of hire.
