Job Description
$100,000–$120,000 + Signing Bonus
SportsMed Physical Therapy is hiring a full-time Floating Physical Therapist to work between multiple locations in the Ocean County, NJ and Monmouth County, NJ areas.
This position can offer tremendous growth opportunity for the right individual. This includes moving into a single-site Clinic Director or Staff PT role at an upcoming location, or even a regional leadership role as we continue to expand.

What Our Therapists Do
Evaluate and diagnose each patient and develop appropriate rehabilitation goals.
Maintain high levels of communication with other service providers such as Chiropractors, Acupuncturists, and Occupational Therapists to ensure quality patient care.
Complete notes thoroughly and within a timely manner to ensure that collaborative care is maintained between other therapists.
Participate in or lead monthly meetings to identify challenges within the clinic and strive to achieve clinic goals.
Attend meetings to discuss various company initiatives to continuously improve clinical excellence and patient care.

Requirements
- New Jersey Physical Therapist License Required
- New Grads and Experienced Physical Therapists are welcome!
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
- Computer Literacy and EMR experience (WebPT is a plus)
