Lead Clinical Pharmacist

Assists the pharmacy management team in coordinating the daily organizational and operational activities of the Pharmacy. Provides oversight of pharmacists and technicians involved in pharmacy operations. Coordinates staffing as required per workload/staff availability.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree - BS in Pharmacy.
• PharmD - Pharmacy.
• Washington Pharmacist License upon hire.
• Certification from Board of Pharmacy Specialties upon hire.
• Board of Pharmacy Preceptor License (Facility Managed) - when eligible and where applicable upon hire.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) (Facility Managed) - where applicable upon hire.
• 4 years - Relevant practice setting experience, or PGY1 with a minimum 2 years relevant experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Coursework/Training - Training in Process Improvement methods such as Six Sigma, LEAN Methodology, and CAP tools.
• 1 year - Leadership experience.

The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
