The Principal Pathologist will perform macroscopic and microscopic examinations for preclinical studies and serve as a Principal Investigator for pathology-related activities. They are also responsible for conducting peer reviews, ensuring GLP compliance, and providing expert consultation to Study Directors.
Candidates must hold a DVM degree or equivalent and possess ACVP Board Certification. A minimum of 10 years of experience in toxicological pathology within the CRO or pharmaceutical industry is required.
