Key Responsibilities

The Inpatient Therapist provides individual and group therapy sessions while managing treatment planning and discharge processes for patients with psychiatric or substance use disorders. They also collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure patient safety, accurate clinical documentation, and effective communication with families and external stakeholders.

Requirements

Applicants must hold a Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field and possess a current clinical or social work license. Prior experience working with psychiatric and chemical dependency patients is required, along with CPR and de-escalation certifications.
