Key Responsibilities

Behavioral Health Associates provide care, support, and a safe living environment in 24-hour facilities, offering supportive counseling and skills development through individual or group sessions to aid client stabilization. Duties also involve facilitating activities, coaching practical living skills, monitoring medication, maintaining the environment, and completing required client progress documentation.

Requirements

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or GED and be eligible for registration as an Agency Affiliated Counselor, along with holding a valid driver's license and vehicle liability insurance. Previous related experience is preferred, and all candidates must pass a post-offer, pre-employment drug screen and background check.
