Job Description
Liberty Healthcare is now accepting applications for a Psychologist position.
Flexible part-time schedules and as needed work opportunities are available.
This is a key role with our organization’s forensic mental health program which serves adults who are justice-involved and experiencing mental illness.
The goal of this program is to provide rapid mental health services to people in need - so they may achieve improved behavioral health outcomes as quickly as possible.
The program is designed to facilitate early access to services, eliminate barriers to treatment, and efficiently restore people to competency.
Services are provided to individuals who are detained at several county jails throughout California.
The responsibilities of this position include assessing clients, conducting competency evaluations, writing summary reports, collaborating with team members, and participating in meetings and case conferences.
You can expect a starting hourly pay rate between $60.00 and $75.00 (depending on experience).
This is a hybrid position which will allow you to work primarily from your home office with occasional requirements to work at various county jails.
