Key Responsibilities
- Administer and reconcile physician and APP compensation in accordance with employment agreements, productivity models, and incentive structures.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly reconciliation reports including base salary, wRVU performance, stipends, and value-based compensation components.
- Model and analyze new or revised compensation plans, including support for strategic initiatives, clinic expansions, and new provider onboarding.
- Support the annual budgeting process by projecting provider compensation and benefits spend with RWHS Finance.

- Full-Time position.

Requirements
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business, with a Master's or CPA preferred. Candidates need 3-5 years of healthcare experience focusing on provider compensation and financial analysis.
