St. Luke’s Health System Idaho’s largest private employer and a nationally recognized Top 15 Health System is seeking a dedicated BC/BE Med-Peds Physician to join our Consumer Access & Experience (CAE) System team in Nampa, Idaho. This is a unique opportunity to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a collaborative model designed to improve how patients access care, experience care, and stay connected to their health journey.
As part of St. Luke’s Consumer Access & Experience initiative, you will play a key role in advancing the future of healthcare delivery. This system-wide model integrates clinical excellence, technology, and teamwork to simplify care for patients while empowering providers to practice at the top of their license.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive Internal Medicine care for pediatric patients, managing both acute and chronic conditions.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team including advanced practitioners, behavioral health, nursing, and population health specialists to deliver coordinated, value-based care.
- Utilize advanced technology and analytics to enhance patient engagement, access, and outcomes.
- Participate in system innovation, quality improvement, and care redesign initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications
- Education: MD/DO from accredited medical school
- BC/BE in Specialty
- Active, unrestricted medical license in the state of practice
- Current licenses with full prescriptive authority from the Federal DEA and Idaho Board of Pharmacy
- Eligibility to obtain Medical Staff Privileges with St. Luke’s Health System
