Key Responsibilities
The Speech Therapist is responsible for assessing patient needs, developing treatment plans for speech and language disorders, and providing functional training in communication and swallowing. They also coordinate care with the healthcare team and educate patients and caregivers on treatment participation.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a valid Speech Therapy license in their state of residence and possess a current driver's license with access to a vehicle. A current CPR certification is preferred or must be obtained within 90 days of hire.
