Key Responsibilities

In addition, the Behavioral Health Therapist I will provide quality mental health interventions for diverse populations.

The BHT I will develop specific behavioral change plans for patients under the close supervision of a clinical supervisor.

Requirements

Expertise: Working towards knowledge of evidence-based treatments for mental health conditions.

Some comfort in working with primary care medical providers using a consultative style.

Work Schedule

Full-Time position.

Weekend coverage may be required.

Work with Charles Drew Health Centers in Omaha, Nebraska.

Licensure & Certifications

Candidates must hold a Master's degree and be licensed as a Provisional Mental Health Therapist (PLMHP) in Nebraska, with a preference for full LIMHP licensure. At least one year of experience working with youth and families is required.
