Key Responsibilities
The BCBA will oversee in-home ABA services for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder by developing individualized behavior intervention programs and conducting clinical assessments. They are also responsible for providing hands-on supervision and coaching to RBTs while collaborating with families to ensure quality clinical outcomes.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a current BCBA certification in good standing and possess experience in conducting assessments and developing behavior support plans. Strong communication skills and the ability to pass a background check are required, with preference given to those experienced in supervising RBTs and working with insurance-based ABA delivery.
