About the Role
Join YMCA of Coastal Georgia as a Leader In Training Counselor – Teen Program in United States.
Key Responsibilities
- in, serving meals, distributing swim bands, preparing materials, organization, and check out. Completing all housekeeping tasks as assigned, promoting
- the image of the YMCA. Assist in the annual campaign for the YMCA. Maintain a positive and cheerful attitude with staff, parents and children.
Requirements
- EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS: Must be 21 years of age.
- Must have High School Diploma or GED and 1 year of experience directing a teen program focused on the development of teen leadership skills.
- CPR and First Aid required within 30 days of employment Foster positive staff, parent and child relations Ability to supervise a group of children in a safe and friendly manner.
- Ability to multi-task, take proactive actions, improvise and react quickly.
