Key Responsibilities

The Clinic Director will lead, mentor, and support a team of physical therapists while overseeing daily clinic operations and performance. They are responsible for providing direct patient care and building relationships with local referral sources to support clinic growth.

Requirements

Candidates must be graduates of an accredited Physical Therapy program and hold an active Pennsylvania Physical Therapist license. Previous leadership experience is preferred, along with a strong passion for developing clinical staff and maintaining high standards of patient care.
