Requirements
- accredited graduate program Pre
- Doctoral Internship from an APA accredited Program, with an emphasis in Rehabilitation Psychology and/or Neuropsychology Licensed or license
- eligible in the state of Washington EvergreenHealth Medical Group (EHMG) is a physician
