Key Responsibilities
The LCSW will perform comprehensive social and emotional evaluations for patients with neurological injuries and collaborate with the rehab team to set measurable objectives. They will also provide therapeutic counseling to patients and families while coordinating care and connecting them with necessary community resources.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a Master's degree in Clinical Social Work and possess a current LCSW license in Texas. A minimum of one year of experience in a rehabilitation setting serving individuals with brain or spinal cord injuries is required, along with current BLS, CPR, and First Aid certifications.
