The pharmacist will process prescriptions, administer immunizations, and provide medication information to patients within a community pharmacy setting. They will work as part of a coordinated care team to ensure patients with complex health conditions receive appropriate medication management.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or a PharmD and possess a current pharmacist license in Arizona. Additionally, they must be a certified immunizer or willing to become one within three months of hire.
