About the Role
Join National Youth Advocate Program as a Functional Family Therapist – Cincinnati, OH in United States.
Key Responsibilities
- Immersed in the FFT model only, you will deliver Evidence-Based Mental Health Services to adolescents, youth and children, as well as their families.
- Managing a small caseload, you will travel daily to provide to, and on behalf of, youth and families in compliance with organizational, contract, and regulatory.
Requirements
- Regularly reviews and modifies treatment plans to assure consistent progress and success of plan goals.
- Must be willing to participate in training and consultation to obtain Functional Family Therapy (FFT) certification.
- Must be willing to comply with specific, daily documentation and assessment requirements.
- Assists in family reunification and/or stabilization efforts with the youth’s primary family or other permanent living arrangement consistent with the youth’s case plan.
