The Advanced Practice Provider will conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized pain management plans for patients with chronic and complex conditions. They will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated care and participate in the education of students and new staff.
Candidates must hold a Master's degree as a Nurse Practitioner or have completed an ARC-PA-approved Physician Assistant program. Active New York State licensure and national certification are required, with 3-5 years of experience preferred.
