About the Role

Join ATHENS ORTHOPEDIC CLINIC, PA as a Occupational Therapist/Certified Hand Therapist – PRN in United States.

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluates patients utilizing appropriate tests and measurements to determine the occupational therapy problem/level of function and the recommended treatment/discharge plan.
  • Promotes and has knowledge of and utilizes appropriate patient care protocol relating to the physical, psychosocial, and developmental needs for neonatal, pediatric, adult and geriatric patient.
  • Establishes occupational therapy interventions based upon the evaluation and examination, physician orders, and patients goals for therapy.
  • Competently performs appropriate occupational therapy techniques and procedures.

Work Schedule

  • Per Diem position.
  • Weekend coverage may be required.

Requirements

Candidates must graduate from an approved school of occupational therapy and hold a current occupational therapy license. Hand Therapy Certification is preferred, along with current CPR certification.
