They provide communication between the patients, medical staff and clinicians.

Key Responsibilities

• Completion of intakes on new patient admissions, orientation procedures and schedules

• Assist medical staff with completing vitals, as well as ensuring patient safety by conducting rounds on all patients.

• Document attendance for all groups

• Recording inventory log of patient’s personal belongings and valuables

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED

• Knowledge of addiction and mental health a plus

Work Schedule

• Full-time position.
