Requirements
- Master’s Degree encompassing behavior analytic content
- 3 years of Clinical Experience
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential
- Eligible to provide supervision of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT)
Key Responsibilities
Design individualized clinical programming that prioritizes communication, independence, and self-advocacy, using neuroaffirming, assent-based, trauma-informed, and ethical approaches. Support high-quality clinical care and collaborate with colleagues, including speech-language pathologists and behavior treatment teams.
