Key Responsibilities

Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop personalized plans of care.

Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in their daily practice.

Ensure fidelity in behavior plan implementation and provide hands

on guidance.

Requirements

Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification

Pediatric or outpatient ABA experience preferred

Strong clinical judgment, documentation, and supervision skills
