Key Responsibilities
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop personalized plans of care.
- Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in their daily practice.
- Ensure fidelity in behavior plan implementation and provide hands
- on guidance.
Requirements
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Pediatric or outpatient ABA experience preferred
- Strong clinical judgment, documentation, and supervision skills
