Physical Therapist, Temp or Perm

Key Responsibilities

The Physical Therapist will be responsible for evaluating residents, developing individualized treatment plans, and providing physical therapy services to both short-term rehab and long-term care patients. This role also requires accurate documentation and collaboration with interdisciplinary care teams to optimize patient outcomes.

Requirements

Candidates must possess an active California Physical Therapist license and be a graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program. Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility or with geriatrics is preferred, along with strong communication and documentation skills, and the ability to start immediately.
