Overview Practice Manager is responsible for directing, and overseeing the daily operations of physician practice. Ensures policies and procedures are appropriate to ensure quality patient care services, patient, employee and physician satisfaction while maintaining fiscal responsibility.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee time records for all employees by completing Kronos and physician time log.

Requirements

Monitors patient charge entry procedures to minimize lost charges and charge posting lag time.

Verifies and authenticates office A/P invoices for timely payment.

Ensures required monthly reports are submitted on schedule.

Qualifications High school diploma or GED equivalent.
