About the Role

Join Cortica as a Pediatric Occupational Therapist in Moorpark, California. You'll assess, diagnose, and treat sensory integration, motor, feeding, and developmental disorders in children using Cortica’s Whole Child Approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish treatment goals using standardized assessment tools.
• Collaborate with a transdisciplinary team to create treatment plans.
• Provide individual, group, and co-treat therapy sessions in clinic and via telehealth.
• Contribute to autism diagnostic process with clinical insight and assessments.
• Complete documentation timely and accurately.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on complementary strategies.
• Participate in team rounds, meetings, and trainings.

Requirements

• Current, unrestricted Occupational Therapy license in California.
• Master’s degree in related field.
• First aid/CPR training.
• Tuberculosis clearance.
• Ability to complete safety training within 90 days.
• Passion for working with children and knowledge of HIPAA preferred.
