About the Role
Join Cortica as a Pediatric Occupational Therapist in Moorpark, California. You'll assess, diagnose, and treat sensory integration, motor, feeding, and developmental disorders in children using Cortica’s Whole Child Approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish treatment goals using standardized assessment tools.
- Collaborate with a transdisciplinary team to create treatment plans.
- Provide individual, group, and co-treat therapy sessions in clinic and via telehealth.
- Contribute to autism diagnostic process with clinical insight and assessments.
- Complete documentation timely and accurately.
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers on complementary strategies.
- Participate in team rounds, meetings, and trainings.
Requirements
- Current, unrestricted Occupational Therapy license in California.
- Master’s degree in related field.
- First aid/CPR training.
- Tuberculosis clearance.
- Ability to complete safety training within 90 days.
- Passion for working with children and knowledge of HIPAA preferred.
