About the Role
Join USPI as a Physical Therapist PRN – Med-Surg & Rehab in United States. The Physical Therapist functions as an interdisciplinary team member providing patient assessment/re-assessment, direct patient care and individualized care planning/implementation. Always works as a team member within the entire facility.
Key Responsibilities
- Provides physical therapy evaluations/treatment to medical/post surgical patients on the Med
- Surg and Rehab floor according to policy and procedure and care standards.
- Completes documentation and charges in a thorough, concise, and timely manner as established by policy and procedure.
- Ability to take direction from others and follow through in an efficient manner.
Requirements
- Bachelors, Masters, or Doctorate Degree as an Physical Therapist
- State Licensed or eligible for licensure required
- BLS required, if not currently trained, must obtain BLS within 30 days of hire. Required Physical Demands:
- Standing/Walking: Constantly; activity exists 2/3 or more of the time
Work Schedule
- Per Diem position.
- Weekend coverage may be required.
- Flexible scheduling available.
