Key Responsibilities
Provide one-on-one physical therapy to older adults in private residences and senior living communities. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop individualized plans of care and document progress in the EMR system.
Requirements
Must hold a valid Physical Therapy license in the state of practice or be eligible to obtain one. Requires a degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program and current CPR certification.
