Job Description

Description & Requirements

At St. Luke’s, we believe exceptional care begins with an environment that supports our clinicians—valuing their strengths, experiences, and perspectives to deliver outstanding, patient-centered care.

We are currently seeking a BC/BE Gastroenterologist for Wood River, ID to join our busy practice and patient focused multidisciplinary team in Twin Falls, ID. Blue Lakes Gastroenterology is comprised of 4 physicians, 5 advanced practitioners and support staff. 1:4 call schedule. One year partnership.

Clinic, GI endoscopy unit and inpatient facilities are all at one location in state of the art hospital built in 2011.

Services performed in the clinic include screening, diagnostic and therapeutic colonoscopies, diagnostic and therapeutic upper gastrointestinal endoscopy and endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography, push enteroscopy, small bowel capsule endoscopy, esophageal impedance testing and manometry, and feeding tube placement and management.

We also provide diagnostic and therapeutic treatment of liver disease, including cirrhosis, hepatitis, and liver cancer; post-liver transplant management; and ultrasound guided liver biopsy.

What You Can Expect from This Role

In an era when many physicians are rethinking where and how they want to practice, St. Luke’s Clinic has taken a deliberate approach: building a place where you can do your best work, feel supported, and grow your career.
