Requirements

• MINIMUM EDUCATION: High School Graduate or GED Equivalent; relevant experience in lieu of High School Diploma/GED education will be considered.

• MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE: 3 years previous customer service experience.

• REQUIRED LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS: None REQUIRED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND ABILITIES: Previous experience in a customer support role.

• Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening.
