Requirements

Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited school of pharmacy, possess a PharmD degree, and be a California Registered Pharmacist with a current BCLS Healthcare Provider CPR Card. A minimum of two years of experience as a California Registered Pharmacist in a hospital setting with a clinical oncology background is required.
