Location: TouchPoint at Ascension St. VincentSetting: Critical Access HospitalsSchedule: 4 days on site & 1 day remoteRequirement: Must be a Registered Dietitian with an active Indiana LicensePosition Details: We are seeking a highly motivated Regional Dietitian to support 5-6 Critical Access Hospitals across Indiana. In this dynamic role, you will serve as the primary nutrition expert for facilities that offer swing bed services and have growing outpatient counseling needs. This position provides the opportunity to make a meaningful impact across diverse patient populations while promoting clinical excellence, patient education, and continuity of care. Salary: $75,000-$80,000Other Forms of Compensation: Mileage Reimbursement & Professional Fees (AND, CDR & State Licensure)

Job Summary

Make a real impact as a Regional Dietitian! You’ll provide Medical Nutrition Therapy and education in an acute care setting, working with a collaborative team to enhance patient outcomes through evidence-based nutrition care.

What You’ll Do

Clinical Nutrition Care: Perform comprehensive nutritional assessments and develop individualized care plans to promote recovery and improve health outcomes

Education: Provide guidance on nutrition and lifestyle strategies to support sustainable, long-term wellness to patients, families, staff, and the community

Evidence-Based Practice: Apply the latest research in alignment with the diet manual, company policies, and facility protocols to ensure high-quality, consistent care

Quality & Performance Improvement: Contribute to QAPI initiatives aimed at advancing patient care and clinical excellence

Collaboration & Service Excellence: Partner with the food service management team to help achieve patient satisfaction and service goals

Mentorship & Professional Development: Support the growth of staff and dietetic interns through education and training as applicable

What We’re Looking For:

  • Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) with at least 2 years experience preferred
  • Licensed Dietitian (or willing to obtain) in the state of practice as applicable
  • Healthcare experience preferred—new graduates with strong clinical training are encouraged to apply
