Join Gentiva Hospice as a Hospice & Palliative Care Nurse Practitioner – No Nights in Statesville, NC, US. The Nurse Practitioner will serve in a dual Hospice and Palliative Care role. In this position, they will provide comprehensive, patient-centered care across the continuum of serious illness, supporting patients in both palliative and hospice settings.

Key Responsibilities
The Nurse Practitioner will provide comprehensive, patient-centered care in hospice and palliative settings, including performing face-to-face encounters and managing patient care plans. They will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality, compliant care and support patients and families through end-of-life transitions.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a Master of Science in Nursing or higher and possess a current Nurse Practitioner license and national certification. At least two years of experience in hospice, palliative care, or a related field is preferred, along with DEA registration and prescriptive authority.
