About the Role
We’re seeking passionate, qualified professionals to join our team as Flexologists. This is a part-time, hands-on role where you’ll work directly with clients to improve mobility, recovery, and overall wellness.
No prior assisted stretching experience is required - we provide paid training.
- What You’ll Do
- Deliver one-on-one assisted stretch sessions tailored to each client
- Create a safe, professional, and engaging client experience
- Educate clients on mobility, recovery, and consistency
- Build relationships that drive membership retention and referrals
- Maintain client notes and manage recurring appointments
- Support studio growth through referrals and light sales conversations
- Assist with studio cleanliness and day-to-day operations
Required Qualifications
Candidates must have a background in fitness, wellness, or movement-based disciplines, including either a degree in a related field (e. g., Kinesiology, Exercise Science, Sports Medicine), a nationally recognized certification (e. g., NASM, ACE, NSCA, ACSM, ISSA), or current licensure/certification as a Physical Therapist/Assistant, Athletic Trainer, Massage Therapist, Chiropractor, or Yoga/Pilates/Barre instructor.
Applicants with a strong movement background (such as dance or similar training) may also be considered. Must be comfortable with hands-on client interaction.
