Key Responsibilities

The Speech Therapist will evaluate and treat residents with speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders while developing individualized treatment plans. They will also collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, maintain accurate medical documentation, and educate families and caregivers on therapy goals.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology and possess a current state license. Experience in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation setting is preferred, along with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
