Minimum requirements include a High School Diploma or equivalent, prior experience in a behavioral healthcare setting, and holding an active American Heart Association BLS certification. Candidates must also successfully complete Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI) training within 90 days of hire and maintain it annually.
