Key Responsibilities
The therapist will provide counseling, case management, and crisis intervention services as part of an Assertive Community Treatment team. They are responsible for conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team to support client progress.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field. Proficiency in documentation, DSM knowledge, and effective communication skills are required for this role.
