Occupational Health Physician - PRN

Join Eskenazi Medical Group as a Occupational Health Physician - PRN in Indiana. Job Role Summary The PRN employee is a supplemental employee and are employed by EMG on an “as needed” basis. The PRN employee is to fulfill the job requirements associated with the role they have been hired for.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect detailed health history, diagnose and treat a diverse patient population with empathy and precision, addressing acute and chronic conditions.

• Prescribe medications to the extent allowable by state guidelines and clinic regulations.

• Collaborate with APPs, specialists, nurses and support staff to develop, implement and record personalized care plans that improve patient outcomes.

• Educate and empower patients to take charge of their health with clear, compassionate communication. Provide education such as proper diet, family planning, emotional problems of daily living and health maintenance.

Requirements

• MD or DO credential prior to hire date to practice in the State of Indiana, by the Indiana.

• Medical Licensing Board.

• Board Eligible or Boards Certified in physician specialty.

• Insurability (malpractice).

Work Schedule

• Per Diem position.

• No call required.

• No weekends required.

This position offers no call requirements, weekends off. Work with Eskenazi Medical Group in Indiana.
