About the Role

Join United Surgical Partners International Inc (USPI) as a Physical Therapist – PRN, May Require Weekends in United States. The Physical Therapist functions as an interdisciplinary team member providing patient assessment/re-assessment, direct patient care and individualized care planning/implementation. Always works as a team member within the entire facility.

Key Responsibilities

Provides physical therapy evaluations/treatment to medical/post surgical patients on the Med

Surg and Rehab floor according to policy and procedure and care standards.

Completes documentation and charges in a thorough, concise, and timely manner as established by policy and procedure.

Ability to take direction from others and follow through in an efficient manner.

Requirements

Bachelors, Masters, or Doctorate Degree as an Physical Therapist

State Licensed or eligible for licensure required

BLS required, if not currently trained, must obtain BLS within 30 days of hire. Required Physical Demands:

Standing/Walking: Constantly; activity exists 2/3 or more of the time

Work Schedule

Per Diem position.

Weekend coverage may be required.
