About the Role

Join United Surgical Partners International Inc (USPI) as a Physical Therapist – PRN, May Require Weekends in United States. The Physical Therapist functions as an interdisciplinary team member providing patient assessment/re-assessment, direct patient care and individualized care planning/implementation. Always works as a team member within the entire facility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provides physical therapy evaluations/treatment to medical/post surgical patients on the Med
  • Surg and Rehab floor according to policy and procedure and care standards.
  • Completes documentation and charges in a thorough, concise, and timely manner as established by policy and procedure.
  • Ability to take direction from others and follow through in an efficient manner.

Requirements

  • Bachelors, Masters, or Doctorate Degree as an Physical Therapist
  • State Licensed or eligible for licensure required
  • BLS required, if not currently trained, must obtain BLS within 30 days of hire. Required Physical Demands:
  • Standing/Walking: Constantly; activity exists 2/3 or more of the time

Work Schedule

  • Per Diem position.
  • Weekend coverage may be required.
