Outpatient Physical Therapist — Bernardsville, NJ
New-Grad Friendly | Full-Time (40 hours/week)
Base Salary: $90,000–$100,000
Total Compensation: $95,000–$120,000
(commensurate with certifications, experience, bonuses, and performance incentives)
New for 2026: Eligible PTs may also choose up to $50,000 in student loan repayment assistance (RISE) or a $30,000 retention bonus paid over four years.

What You’ll Do
Conduct patient evaluations and build individualized treatment plans.
Provide hands-on therapy and meaningful patient education.
Communicate consistently with patients, physicians, and care teams.
Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes.
Collaborate with clinicians and support staff to deliver exceptional care.

Active (or in-progress) state PT license.
