What You'll Do

• Conduct diagnostic assessments and develop treatment plans
• Provide high-quality therapy services, including EMDR interventions
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
• Collaborate with colleagues to support client success
• Help advance our mission of improving access to mental healthcare in the community

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a related behavioral health field
• Fully licensed (LPC, LICSW, LMFT) or actively working toward licensure
• EMDR trained/certified
• Experience completing assessments, treatment plans, and clinical documentation
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to maintain appropriate professional boundaries
• Commitment to working with diverse populations
• Proficiency with EHR systems and Microsoft Office 365
• Insurance credentialing preferred
• Valant EHR experience is a plus
• Clinical Supervision

For license-seeking clinicians, supervision opportunities may be available for LPC, LICSW, and LMFT tracks based on supervisor availability.
