Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and develop individualized recovery service plans for individuals in acute behavioral health or substance use crises. Provide recovery-oriented counseling and coordinate referrals to community resources while maintaining accurate clinical documentation.
Requirements
Requires a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work or Counseling and an active LSW or LPC license in Ohio. Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience in behavioral health settings and possess a BLS certification.
