Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities include providing individual, family, and group therapy sessions focused on building coping skills and improving mental health, alongside conducting intake screenings and developing individualized treatment plans. The role also requires collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, maintaining clinical documentation, and responding to crisis situations as necessary.

Requirements

Candidates must possess a Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related behavioral health field, along with provisional licensure (PLPC, LMSW, or PLMFT) from the applicable state board. Additional requirements include knowledge of diagnostic criteria for mental health/substance use disorders, a valid driver's license, and the ability to obtain full licensure.
