Key Responsibilities

Provides home-based, direct therapy intervention and consultative services to patients, specifically children ages birth to three. Collaborates with a multi-disciplinary team to address speech, language, and feeding/swallowing development in accordance with individualized family service plans.

Requirements

Requires a Master's degree in speech pathology and current licensure in the state of Indiana. Candidates must hold or be eligible for a certificate of clinical competence from ASHA and possess Basic Life Support certification.
