About the Role

Join NextCare as a Physician Assistant or Family Nurse Practitioner – Urgent Care in United States. Location: Woodbridge, VA Status: Full‑Time Schedule: Three 12‑hour shifts during the week; 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM and shorter 8-hour weekend shifts 8:00a. m.

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients of all ages in an urgent care setting
  • Manage acute illnesses, injuries, and occupational health visits
  • Order and interpret diagnostic studies, including labs and imaging
  • Perform urgent care procedures such as suturing and wound management (as applicable)

Requirements

  • Active, unrestricted Virginia license for NP | PA
  • Board certification or eligibility, as applicable
  • PA: NCCPA certification
  • NP: ANCC or AANP certification (FNP required)

Benefits & Compensation

  • Salary: $124.8K - $166.4K
  • Signing bonus: $5,000.

Work Schedule

  • Full-Time position.
  • Weekend coverage may be required.
  • Flexible scheduling available.
