Conduct an Occupational Therapy evaluation or screen.

Develop an individualized Plan of Care with functional goals.

Provide appropriate therapeutic interventions. · Evaluate patient response to treatment and modify plan as necessary

Document the course of patient care including progress made and the continuing need for treatment.
