Key Responsibilities

• Conduct an Occupational Therapy evaluation or screen.

• Develop an individualized Plan of Care with functional goals.

• Provide appropriate therapeutic interventions. · Evaluate patient response to treatment and modify plan as necessary

• Document the course of patient care including progress made and the continuing need for treatment.
