Key Responsibilities

The Pharmacist is responsible for performing medication management activities to ensure safe, rational, and cost-effective therapy while maintaining compliance with all regulations. Essential functions include processing orders, ensuring accurate preparation of compounded and non-compounded products, and overseeing distributive functions of the pharmacy.

Requirements

Candidates must be a graduate of an ACPE accredited School of Pharmacy with a BS or PharmD and maintain a current pharmacist license in the practicing state, along with a valid state-issued ID. Required experience includes two years in an acute care setting and experience in the field of pharmacy practice.
