Key Responsibilities

The Assessment Counselor conducts substance use assessments for DCP&P caregivers and coordinates appropriate treatment referrals. They are also responsible for monitoring client compliance and maintaining accurate documentation in NJSAMS.

Requirements

Candidates must hold an Associate or Bachelor's degree, or a CADC certification. Proficiency in written and verbal communication is required, and bilingual skills in Spanish are considered a plus.
