The Lead Recovery Specialist II supports and clarifies the roles of Recovery Specialists and Peer Support Specialists, overseeing their day-to-day service provision while also providing direct services. This role involves working with program leadership to develop and implement policies focused on meeting the physical and psychological needs of members served according to Rehabilitation and Recovery principles.
Candidates must possess three years of direct service experience with psychiatric clients in an inpatient or outpatient setting and be at least 18 years old. Required certifications include CPR, Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI), and First Aid, which must be maintained throughout employment.
